The cottage is sited on a gently sloping tarmac drive. There is car parking space for two cars in front of the cottage and luggage can be unloaded at the door. It is advisable to reverse into the drive.

Entrance - step up to doorway 830mm wide

Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area.
The sitting area has a comfortable three piece suite, remote control TV and DVD player. Smoke alarm.
The dining area has a round wooden table with four chairs.
The kitchen has an electric oven (drop down door), electric hob, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher and a fire blanket. The worktop height is 910mm.

Shower room and double bedroom are approached from the sitting area- one step down.
The shower room has a 720mm wide door. There is a shower cubicle. Toilet height is 410mm and the vanity unit washbasin is 890mm high.
The double bedroom has a 720mm wide door, the central ceiling light is switched from a pull cord at the door. There are two bedside table lights. There are non feather pillows and duvet.

The upstairs twin bedroom is off the sitting area via a flight of 11 stairs 710mm wide.
There is a single banister rail on the left side when ascending the stairs. There is a remote control TV/Video, tea maker, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. There are non-feather pillows and duvets.

The ground flooring is ceramic tiled with non slip rugs, the upstairs flooring is laminate with non slip rugs.
 


  Outside  

There is a rotary clothes drier on a level grassed area located at the bottom of the drive 10m from the cottage door.

Private patio area – level paved with round table, four chairs, parasol and light. The area is adjacent to the bottom of the drive 11m from cottage door.

Championship sized tennis court, (available for hire). It is approached via 6 steps 590mm wide.

There is an elevated picnic area with two picnic table/benches on grassed area alongside the tennis court.
