 Booking Information
Provisional bookings made by telephone or email must be followed by receipt of the deposit within seven days. The deposit is 50% of the total rental and the balance must be received no less than four weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than four weeks before arrival, the deposit is 100% of the total rental.
We welcome pets but reserve the right to charge a £10 cleaning fee per pet. We would ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and the visitors should bring their own dog beds with them.
Visitors are liable for any breakages, or for damage to the property during their stay. We ask visitors to leave the property clean and tidy. Towels and bed linen are included in the rent
 Short breaks may be booked but only within 28 days of the break start date. You may choose from a 3 night break starting on a Friday or Saturday, or a 4 night break starting on a Saturday or Monday. Please call for details.
