Cwmbach Cottage, a converted and newly refurbished barn, offers comfortable self catering accommodation, furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

There is ample parking space to the front of the property, which is private but is situated next to the main house known as 'Cwmbach'.

There is a lit paved patio adjacent to the cottage and an elevated picnic area next to the tennis court where you can relax, barbeque and enjoy spectacular views and sunsets.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner with exposed beams and a double bedroom and shower room. From the kitchen window there are views over the Dryslwyn Valley.

The living room has a comfortable three piece suite, a log-effect electric fire, LCD television/DVD player and a stereo/CD player.

The kitchen is well fitted with storage units, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, table and chairs.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle,
WC and vanity unit.

The double bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers and bedside cabinets. The upstairs twin bedded room has a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, bookcase, tea maker, television/video and there is a velux window overlooking the tennis court and picnic area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary tableware and cutlery. All bedding, linen and towels are provided. A 'welcome' pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be provided on your arrival with our compliments.

Pets are welcome to stay but we ask you to please make arrangements at the time of booking, as there might be a small charge for extra cleaning, if necessary.

The championship size all weather tennis court, racquets and balls are available for hire.
